At Aurosta, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a smooth return and exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Conditions
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original condition.
- Items that show signs of wear, stains, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
3. Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Login to your Account. You’ll find an exchange button next to your respective order.
- Click on the button to initiate an exchange request.
4. Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product passes our quality check.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Refund will be made after deducting shipping fees.
5. Exchange
- Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
- If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a return.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
