• Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original condition.
• Items that show signs of wear, stains, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

3. Process

To request a return or exchange:

• Click on the button to initiate an exchange request.

4. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product passes our quality check.
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.
• Refund will be made after deducting shipping fees.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
• If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a return.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
