Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your package in real-time.
Return & Exchange
What is your return policy?

How do I request a return or exchange?
Login to your Account. You'll find a return/exchange button next to your respective order
Are there any products not eligible for return?
Yes, personalized/customized products are non-returnable.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned product.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
What if my payment fails?
If the amount is deducted but the order isn’t placed, it will automatically be refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days.

How do I know my size?
You can refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page. If you’re still unsure, our support team can help you pick the right fit.
Are the colours exactly as shown in the pictures?
We try to ensure the most accurate representation. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
General Queries
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
